The acquisition of MAC Copper, alongside our Eva Copper and Wafi-Golpu projects, positions us to emerge as a leading gold-copper producer – driving long-term resilience and margin expansion. We lead the world in gold tailings reclamation, which safely and responsibly unlocks value from historic resources.

Headquartered in Randfontein, South Africa, Harmony has a primary listing on Johannesburg’s stock exchange, the JSE (HAR) and an American depositary receipt programme listed on the New York Stock Exchange (HMY).

Our shareholder base is both geographically diverse and institutionally robust, comprising some of the world’s largest fund managers. The majority of our shareholders are based in South Africa, with a significant presence in the United States, reflecting strong international interest in our equity story and investment case.
