We are an independent gold producer, with no single shareholder exercising control.
As of 28 November 2025 our issued share capital consisted of 636 798 966 ordinary shares. To our knowledge, (a) we are not directly or indirectly owned or controlled: (i) by another corporation; or (ii) by any foreign government, and (b) there are no arrangements (including any announced or expected takeover bid), the operation of which may at a subsequent date result in a change in our control.
The voting rights of our major shareholders do not differ from the voting rights of other holders of the same class of shares. A list of the beneficial holders that hold 5% or more of our securities as at 28 November 2025 is set forth below:
