Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves

Harmony’s Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves report (South Africa, Papua New Guinea and Australia) as at 30 June 2025 is produced in accordance with the South African Code for the Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves (SAMREC), section 12.13 of the JSE Listings Requirements (as updated from time to time) and the requirements of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation S-K Subpart 1300.
